Summer Schools
This year's dates are:
28th to 30th July at Nailsworth Recreation Centre
2nd to 5th August at Lincombe Barn, Downend
27th to 30th - Senior Summer School - with exams on 31st, at Lincombe Barn, Downend
The end of the summer term signifies a real highlight, our Summer School. We hold a Junior Summer School in Minchinhampton, Nailsworth, and another in Downend, Bristol, both of which have been hugely successful for many years now.
Our Summer School gives both our own students and many welcome newcomers the opportunity to study a wide range of genres without the pressure of exams in a fun, relaxed atmosphere that also involves teddy bear picnics, label hunts, face painting and games.
We also provide a Senior Summer School. Open to those studying at grade 6 level and above. This Summer School gives its participants a glimpse into the life of a full time student. Days packed full of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, National, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Pilates and Yoga, the weeks intensive training ends in an opportunity for students to take medal grades in National, Tap and Jazz.
