Terms and Conditions

1. All fees are due by the first week of term. Private lessons, coaching classes and examination fees are all payable in advance.
2. One terms notice is to be given, in writing, before leaving the dance school.
3. In the event of having to cancel lessons, due to poor weather conditions a 50% refund for each class cancelled will be deducted from your next bill, unless the classes can be made up at a later date.
4. It is the Principals decision as to when pupils are ready to be entered for an examination, and their decision is final. Those who do not attend the compulsory 6 coaching classes, or do not reach the required level, will be withdrawn from the examination session.
5. During watching week parents/guardians are permitted to take photographs and video footage. Before any school publicity photographs or media coverage can be taken a release form must be signed.
6. All parents/guardians understand that to teach and demonstrate dance effectively there will be an appropriate level of physical contact between a teacher and their pupils.
